About MeHi, I’m Marge— I’m also known as Alazznei (formely Anaret or Anaret Zaleno)!I’m a Visual Artist and Illustrator that graduated with a degree on Fine Arts major in Painting. I love drawing girls but I also like to do art studies and expand my art skills like painting background or learning how to be better at Graphic Design!Currently, I’m helping out my parents on our humble business while freelancing. Sometimes, I do logo commissions but most of the time, I illustrate characters and sceneries.

When she’s not making art...You’ll see her singing, reading or just enjoying a day off by sleeping! She loves to watch a lot of shows, playing games and doing make up or skincare—sometimes she makes use of those breaks to study in order to expand her visual library and improve her craft— or you know... taking a break from drawing by drawing too!

Overall Aesthetic and Brand as an ArtistMarge’s works can be easily identified through the doll-like features and the combination of chalky and creamy brushstrokes— this applies as well to the designs and patterns she makes. Her art often features **doll-like characters with a warm muted color palette, sometimes giving a painterly or a moody feeling (a nod to the knowledge she gained as a traditional artist). ** When not drawing characters, she enjoys painting sunsets or dream-like starry skies.

Why “Alazznei”?Alazznei is a wordplay for "Alazne," the spanish word for "miracle". It is closely tied to my name and the thought of making art and experiencing life and its wonders is a miracle by itself has made me lean into this pen name.

Logo StoryHer logo was inspired by the natural cycle of day—** dawn that signifies the start of the day or an era— it represents her desire to create an opening for her to do art full time, “the dawn of her career” as she says, it is also a combination of her ** name initials. The color palette is inspired by sunflowers— a flower that she considers to be a symbol of her art journey. She designed the logo and with the magical trinkets provided by her whimsical munchkin, Mim, it came to life as a symbol of her new beginning with art.
